👶Ages 3–5: "Little Kings Early Enrichment Program"
Focus: Emotional development, structure, and early learning Overview:This foundational program fosters healthy emotional expression, early literacy, and structured play in a safe, nurturing environment. We work with parents and caregivers to build strong early habits and instill confidence in our youngest Kings.
Activities Include:
Storytime with mentors
Emotional recognition games
Guided play and social learning
Parent workshops on positive discipline and routines
🎒 Ages 6–12: "Junior Kings Character & Leadership Academy"
Focus: Self-confidence, academic motivation, and early leadership Overview:Our Junior Kings program helps boys understand their identity, build good habits, and set educational goals. We use mentorship, creative activities, and community service to encourage pride, discipline, and growth.
Activities Include:
Monthly themed workshops (e.g., Respect, Responsibility, Resilience)
Homework help & reading circles
Community service projects
Mentor field trips (museums, sports, etc.)
👦🏽 Ages 13–17: "Next Level Leaders Mentorship & Enrichment"
Focus: Mentorship, emotional regulation, decision-making, and peer leadership Overview:Designed for teens navigating the pressures of adolescence, this program offers intensive mentorship, group sessions, and personal development to build strong, emotionally intelligent young men.
Activities Include:
Weekly mentoring sessions
Conflict resolution & mental health workshops
College & career exploration
Self-esteem & hygiene bootcamps
Leadership roles within community projects
Ages 18-25: OPERATION QUADIR HOME OF HOPE" TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

Focus: Operation Quadir Home of Hope focuses on stabilizing, empowering, and restoring hope for young adult males ages 18–25 who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or life transitions.
Overview: Quadir Home of Hope is a transitional housing and life-development program designed to help young men move from instability to self-sufficiency. Through structured support, mentorship, and skill-building, participants are guided toward healthier decision-making, improved self-esteem, and sustainable life pathways.
Activities Include:
Weekly mentoring sessions
Conflict resolution & mental health workshops
College & career exploration
Self-esteem & hygiene bootcamps
Leadership roles within community projects
